Tom is the firm’s Administrative Partner and the Chairman of the Business, Real Estate & Tax Service Group. Tom’s practice involves the representation of a wide range of business and individual clients, from sole proprietors and closely-held businesses to publicly traded corporations. Tom works closely with his clients from formation, through growth, mergers, and acquisitions, to eventual succession planning and wealth preservation. Tom provides services in the areas of corporate and real estate law, estate planning, and asset protection, and has extensive experience in connection with all types of business matters and sophisticated estate planning techniques, including family limited partnerships. Tom also assists with the procurement of real estate investments within the United States for many international clients. Tom is an avid boater and is a Past Commodore of the historical Maumee River Yacht Club.
