Spengler Nathanson is seeking an Associate with 2-10 years legal experience. Associate is primarily needed in the areas of litigation and employment/labor law, typically representing employers. Strong writing, analytical, and research skills must be demonstrated. Effective verbal communication skills are required for this position. Cover letter must explain deposition, courtroom, or similar experience that exemplifies oral advocacy ability. While an established book of business is not required, client development potential is necessary. Cover letter should include candidate’s process/methodology of building a law practice.
