Parentage

Unmarried couples with children often go to Juvenile Court to establish parentage of a child. After parentage is determined, often by genetic DNA testing, then the Juvenile Court can issue orders regarding custody, visitation and child support. Spengler Nathanson attorneys Patricia Hayden Kurt, Tonya Robinson and Stephen Szuch are experienced attorneys representing mothers and fathers at child support enforcement agencies, the Juvenile Court and in Domestic Relations Court when parentage of a child is the issue.
